Spoiler: the only emotion I feel for this car is complete contempt for the drivetrain. Slow and not great fuel economy.

I seriously don’t get the appeal of these. They’re so damn tiny and not efficient, really.

It is for someone who wants to buy a car that is Fine and doesn't want to do research since they know the name Ford and that's good enough for them.

Looking at specs on the Ford site, $31k.

Lighter. It also depends on the bread.

Still having a connection to the house you grew up in, do you find it difficult to still find certain silverware, dishes, or bowls, thinking that they’re in the original location as where you grew up? And second, do you liking surfing?

The only person I know with one of these has a personality that fits it perfectly. When I saw them get into it I thought, “oh, of course.”

These give me an odd “developing world” vibe. A vehicle that begs the question “do you need a new car this badly”? They probably finance pretty easy.

Those look like they where made in the early 2000s but just added LED daylights to make them modern
I find they are sad looking

Only cool thing about em are the swinging tailgate, and some can be optioned with a rear mounted spare.

NA from the Fiesta or Focus or does it actually get a turbo?

I see a bright red on like that pretty often. I hate it significantly less than the rest of them.
How early is too early to get up and buy discount Halloween candy at Walmart tomorrow?

Well the EcoSport was originally a Ford Brazil model and was a huge hit all over South America. I will say the first generation was quite handsome at the time and placed pretty much perfectly as a product. They were very light and with a rather muscular naturally aspirated 2.0 under the hood and a 5 speed manual they could actually scoot! (relative to other cars down there) By now it’s devolved into another horrible blob and the market up north has devolved to a point where it actually makes sense to bring it over. An easy win for Ford that will hopefully lead to the EcoSport improving worldwide for the next generation.

Pretty sure it’s NA. It’s also depressing.

Nope. The car has no driving character.
